Objectives of the project:

Carrying out element operations for repairs and mechanical equipment of machinery of Takht Jamshid Petrochemical Company

Geographical location of the project:

Persepolis Petrochemical – Bandar Mahshahr

The Takht Jamshid Petrochemical Complex was built in two phases. The first phase includes the production of styrene butadiene rubber elastomer by cold polymerization with a capacity of 30,000 tons per year and the production of polybutadiene rubber by solution polymerization with Ziegler-Natta catalyst with a capacity of 12,000 tons per year. Its implementation began in December 2012 and was put into operation in the first half of 2014.

Project Implementation Activities:

In the project to launch the Takht Jamshid Mahshahr Petrochemical Unit, by creating suitable conditions and providing expert and efficient personnel in the machinery department, Mahshahr Civilization Machinery Company succeeded in repairing, renovating, and preparing all the project’s pumps and compressors for operation within the contract period. Considering the high costs of purchasing pumps, this greatly contributed to reducing the unit’s startup costs and satisfied the employer. In this project, 35 people were working, including a master machine operator with 25 years of experience, machine technicians, and other people at different levels of expertise.
